Great location, so-so experience. Positive: Location, location, location. Negative: It was extremely noisy with the upstairs rental, the bed was very squeaky ( I couldn’t move my toe without it squeaking), and unfortunately led to both my husband and me barely sleeping. While I was lying awake there was a very loud gnawing noise coming from behind the baseboard and that freaked me out, I let the host know so hopefully it will be gone for the next guests. We decided to leave early, which was fine, but certainly would have been nice to get our moneys worth.

Positive: Excellent attention to detail, great customer service.

Excellent location, well equipped, noisy Positive: Well equipped kitchen and excellent location. Clean unit and plenty of fresh linens. Negative: Host didn’t disclose road reconstruction immediately below the property eliminating street parking and including night roadwork conducted as late as 1:30am. None of the three windows in the unit close or lock, and one of the three lacked a curtain to block the late night road crew lights. Asphalt fumes entered through the cracked open windows.

We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be coming back! Positive: The location was perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping and a short walk to the waterfront.
